From Babelsberg Park it is just a few steps to the Babelsberg Shopping Centre. Well-man­aged specialist shops in reconstructed weavers houses, cosy restaurants and imagi­native fashion boutiques make shopping there an experience. Saturday is market day on the Weberplatz. Fresh food from the region and international cuisine are both on offer. Those who would rather visit a restaurant have a large selection in the local Babelsberg area. S-Bahn suburban trains, trams and buses offer good connections to Filmpark Babelsberg, Potsdam city centre and Berlin.
